WIPO Webinar: Understanding Examination and Refusal Procedures in the IP Office of China

On June 30, from 5 p.m. to 5.45 p.m., the World Intellectual Property Organization will hold a webinar on the topic “Understanding Examination and Refusal Procedures in the IP Office of China”.

In this webinar, fellows from the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) will review the examination process in the Chinese IP Office and the most common reasons for provisional refusals when designating China in the international application under the Madrid System.

The event is designed for both experienced and novice users of the Madrid System. The working language is English.

After the presentation, all participants will be able to ask experts questions during the live Q&A session.
