BSTU approved the IP policy

On April 11, 2022 Igor Voitov, Rector of the Belarusian State Technological University (BSTU) approved the University’s Intellectual Property Policy.

The BSTU IP Policy was developed within the framework of the National Project on development of institutional policy in the field of intellectual property for higher education institutions and research organizations in Belarus, which is implemented in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the World Intellectual Property Organization.

The Policy determines the main objectives, principles, conceptual approaches and mechanisms for the university’s intellectual property management. Its adoption is one of the constituent stages of improving the intellectual property management of the university.
