The II Eurasian Conference on Intellectual Property and Technology «IP Eurasia/IP India'2023» takes place in Moscow on December 6, 2023. Vladimir Rabavolau, Director General of the National Center of Intellectual Property, made a report on the state of the intellectual property (IP) system in the Republic of Belarus during the event, where he touched upon various issues and challenges faced by right holders and the national patent office, as well as spoke about current legislative changes and current trends in the IP sphere.


The conference was organized by the Eurasian Patent Office and the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property.

The conference is dedicated to the integration of IP into market relations, digitalization of IP, as well as the problems arising in the field of IP rights due to the development of artificial intelligence systems.

The purpose of the event was to demonstrate the possibilities of trade and industrial cooperation and IP systems in the Eurasian space, to present the advantages of the Eurasian patent system.
