NCIP participates in the IX TISC Congress

The IX Congress of Technology and Innovation Support Centers (TISC) organized by Rospatent together with the World Intellectual Property Organization takes place in Saransk (Republic of Mordovia) on October 27-28, 2022.

Dzmitry Andryieuski, Head of the Department of Commercialization Support and State Registers and Anna Chernova, Head of the division of Commercialization Support of the National Center of Intellectual Property are taking part in the event.

Annual congresses play an important role in updating the agenda for further work of the TISC. This congress discusses networking with potential partners in the region, interaction with innovative enterprises in commercializing the results of intellectual activity, modeling new services as a major tool of information and personnel support of the region's innovative development, technology and innovation transfer, building relationships with new structures: science and education centers, technology transfer centers of universities and research institutes.

The key event of the congress will be the project module, which will make it possible to determine the TISC algorithm from the project idea to obtain the project product and its implementation, the use of patent analytics for research planning based on big data, analysis of the commercial attractiveness of intellectual property and technology brokerage, setting up marketing and business paths of TISC.
