Science Festival 2026 to be held in Minsk

Science Festival 2026, one of the most significant events in the field of science and technology in Belarus, will take place at the Central Botanical Garden of Minsk from September 5 to 6, 2026. The organizer is the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

Over the course of two days, guests will be able to participate in a wide variety of events, including presentations and popular science lectures by leading scientists, practical workshops, exciting shows and interactive experiments, exhibitions of achievements in various fields of science, as well as intellectual contests and competitions.

On September 6, at the festival, the National Center of Intellectual Property will offer guests a series of interactive activities and games. Participants will be able to test their ability to distinguish between originals and counterfeits, determine which work was created by a human and which by AI, and also play a board game in which players will have to prove that it is their invention that will save humanity. The winners will receive special prizes.

Now in its eighth year, the Science Festival serves as a key platform for communication between scientists and a wide audience, providing access to current scientific information and research.
