Electronic filing of industrial property applications is available at the Office's TISC point

The National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) informs that interested parties may submit electronic applications through the automated information system «Internet Portal for Electronic Filing of Applications for Industrial Property Rights», using the workplace located at the Office's TISC point at the address: 20, Kozlov St., Minsk.

Since October 1, 2022, NCIP launched the AIS «Internet portal for electronic filing of applications for industrial property rights», which provides an opportunity for applicants not only to file applications for the issuance of protection documents for industrial property rights using the Internet, but also to save patent fees.

To use the system, an applicant only needs to have an electronic digital signature. Currently, the system allows an applicant to file applications for 4 key industrial property rights (invention, utility model, industrial design, trademark). The system automatically assigns the number and date of receipt of the application and sends a notification of its receipt.
