WIPO Webinar “The PCT System: Restoration of the right of priority and restoration of the time limits for entering national phase”

On November 10, 2020, at 11a.m. Minsk time, a webinar of the World Intellectual Property Organization dedicated to the restoration of the right of priority in both the international and national phases, as well as the restoration of the time limits for transition to the national phase, will be held.

During the event, detailed information will be provided on the deadline for filing a request for the restoration of the right of priority and the criteria for restoration applied when considering such a request. Examples of legitimate reasons for missing the international filing deadline at the international phase will also be provided. 

The webinar is designed for applicants, patent attorneys, IP experts and inventors. The working language of the event is Russian.
