On August 20, 2020, from 10.30 a.m. to 4.40 p.m., the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) will hold an online training course "Counteracting the Turnover of Goods Infringing Intellectual Property (IP) Rights."

Besides NCIP experts, the representatives of the Judicial Board on Intellectual Property Cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus, and patent attorneys will deliver their presentations.

The online course will cover such topics as "Trademarks as IP objects. Registration of trademarks as a tool to prevent the release and distribution of counterfeit products", "Identification and suppression of illegal use of IP. Combating counterfeit goods in the market of the EAEU Member States", "Court protection of rights to individualization means of civil turnover participants", "Practice of implementing legislation on counteracting monopolistic activities and economic competition development".

NCIP also holds training courses for representatives of all professional circles on various educational programs concerning protection and enforcement of IP rights.
