From January 1, 2021, amendments and additions to the 11th edition of the International (Nice) Classification of Goods and Services (NCL) came into force.
A short list of amendments and additions prepared by the Trademark Department can be found here. Please, also pay attention to the changes in titles and explanations for the classes of goods and services.
We kindly ask applicants and patent attorneys to use the 11th edition with the amendments and additions that have come into force when submitting applications in 2021.
