III International Scientific Research Conference «AUTHOR – 2023»

The International Research and Education Center «UNESCO Chair on Copyright, Related Rights, Cultural and Information Rights» of the National Research University «Higher School of Economics (HSE) together with the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent), the Eurasian Patent Organization (EAPO) and the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property (RGAIS) will hold the III International Research and Practice Conference «AUTHOR/AUTHOR - 2023» on 27 April 2023.

Forum is traditionally timed to the International Book and Copyright Day (April 23) and the International Intellectual Property Day (April 26), is organized as an associated event of the XXIV Yasin International Scientific Conference on Economic and Social Development (HSE).

Russian and foreign jurists, patent attorneys, lawyers, inventors, public figures, legal practitioners, students, postgraduates and teachers of Russian and foreign universities, researchers of various research institutes, etc. are invited to participate in the conference.

The Conference be held on April 27, 2023, in a hybrid format, using a system of video-conferencing. Conference languages are Russian and English. Participation is free.

The UNESCO Chair of the National Research University Higher School of Economics accepts applications for participation in the conference on the Chair's website www.hse.ru/unesco:

as speakers - from January 17 to April 18, 2023;

as listeners - from January 17 to April 25, 2023.

The conference program is formed on the basis of received applications, which are considered taking into account the content of abstracts.
