On April 23, 2021, the 11th in Belarus Technology and Innovation Support Center (TISC) was opened at the Polesie State University (PSU). The agreement was signed by the Director General of the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) Uladzimir Rabavolau and the Vice-Rector for Scientific Work of PSU Nikolai Kruchinsky.

Opening the TISC point in Pinsk and the subsequent seminar “Organization of TISCs’ activities and current issues of protection and management of intellectual property (IP) rights” were organized by IP experts for students, graduates and teachers, and were held within the framework of the World IP Day campaign. The speakers of the seminar were: Head of the Division of Registration and Promotion of Industrial Property Commercialization Dzmitry Andryieuski, Head of the Industrial Property Examination Department Alena Usachova, Head of the Copyright and Related Rights Legislation Division Ekatherina Yantikova.

In addition, the NCIP delegation visited a number of PSU laboratories, where they got acquainted with the most advanced scientific developments and achievements of the university.
