Annually on April 2, the birthday of the great Danish storyteller Hans Christian Andersen, the world celebrates International Children's Book Day. This day is intended not only to remind about the importance of reading and literary heritage for children, but also to emphasize the importance of intellectual property protection in the book industry.

Established in 1967 on the initiative of the International Children's Book Council, the holiday symbolizes the integral link between the creative work of authors and the protection of their copyrights. Children's literature not only develops imagination and teaches values, but is also an incredible source of inspiration for generations to come.

International Children's Book Day supports authors, publishers and all those who make amazing works possible. Let every children's book be a word in favor of creativity, respect for copyright and diversity in the world of literature.

We congratulate everyone on this wonderful holiday and wish you lots of discoveries, inspiration and many exciting book adventures!
