The meeting of the 43rd EAPO Administrative Council takes place in Moscow

The 43rd (30th regular) meeting of the Administrative Council of the Eurasian Patent Organization (EAPO) takes place at the headquarters of the Eurasian Patent Organization in Moscow from December 5 to 7, 2023.

Authorized representatives and delegations of eight member states of the Eurasian Patent Convention discuss the improvement of Eurasian patent law, financial aspects of EAPO activities and prospects for cooperation between the Eurasian Patent Office and national patent offices of EAPO member states.

In addition, the agenda includes the adjustment of fees, amendments to the Patent Instruction to the Eurasian Patent Convention, as well as discussion of promising areas of joint work on information interaction between patent offices.

Authorized representative of the Republic of Belarus in the EAPO Administrative Council, Director General of the National Center of Intellectual Property Vladimir Rabavolau takes part in the work of the meeting.
