NCIP’s Director General Delivered Welcome Speech at ROSPATENT Conference

On March 3, 2022, the official Pavilion of Russia at the World Expo 2020 Dubai (Dubai, UAE) hosted ROSPATENT’s conference “Intellectual Property – Future Capital”.

Among others, Director General of the National Center of Intellectual Property Uladzimir Rabavolau delivered his welcome speech in online format.

The Conference participants discussed a range of issues related to the innovation economy including the Eurasian regional patenting, IP digital transformation, patent analytics and educational projects for inventors.

The conference was also attended by President of the Eurasian Patent Office Grigory Ivliev, Deputy Head of ROSPATENT Andrey Solonovich, Director of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS) Oleg Neretin, Deputy Head of the FIPS Project Office Nikolai Popov, Chairman of the Central Council of the All-Russian Society of Inventors and Innovators Anton Ishchenko and others.
