NCIP representatives participated in IP rights discussion

On April 19, 2022 the Faculty of Law of the Belarusian State University held the International Scientific and Practical Round Table "Intellectual Property Law of the Republic of Belarus: History of Formation and Prospects", which was co-organized by the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP).

The event was attended by the members of the teaching, scientific and practical staff, young researchers (graduate students, adjuncts, applicants).

Uladzimir Rabavolau, NCIP’s Director General, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. In his speech he pointed out that the current legislation and institutional system in the field of intellectual property are the result of joint work of theorists and practitioners, and such work must not stop. The problems of development of the national intellectual property system should be the subject of continuous creative search and scientific discussion.

In addition, Katsiaryna Yantikava, head of the division of copyright and related rights legislation of legal and human resources department, represented NCIP as a speaker.
