NCIP launches a contest in the field of invention «Best patent of Belarus»

The National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) informs about the beginning of the contest in the field of invention «Best Patent of Belarus».

The aim of the contest is to popularize and stimulate invention, identify the most promising and successful technical solutions among the holders of valid patents for inventions and utility models.

The contest is open to national right holders who have valid patents for an invention or utility model and who have obtained economic (social) effect from the use of a technical solution in the period from 2020 to 2023.

Acceptance of the contest applications - from May 1 to September 1, 2024.

To participate in the contest the applicant should fill out an application in electronic form on the official website of NCIP or send a set of competitive documents in hard copy to the address: 20, Kozlova str., Minsk, 220034.

Phases of the competition:

• May 1 to September 1, 2024 - consideration of contest materials;
• September 2 to October 10, 2024 - conducting the contest selection, determining the winners and laureates.

Summarizing the results and awarding the winners will take place during the IV NCIP International Scientific and Practical Conference in October 2024.
