NCIP conducts a survey to assess the IP systems in Belarus

In accordance with the State Program for Innovative Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2021-2025, approved by the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated September 15, 2021 No. 348, as well as the Strategy of the Republic of Belarus in the Intellectual Property Sphere until 2030, approved by the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated November 24, 2021 No. 672, the State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus and the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) are currently elaborating approaches to stimulating scientific and technical creativity by studying the current state of the invention system, protection and use of intellectual property, including trade secrets (know-how) of economic entities of the Republic of Belarus.

In this regard, NCIP invites enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership and departmental subordination to take part in a survey aimed at assessing the state of the intellectual property system. The purpose of the survey is to improve approaches to stimulating the creation, legal protection and use of intellectual property.
